Our stunning villa is a short walk from Jaco’s Avenida Pastor Diaz and mere seconds from the beach, so you’ll spend more time enjoying your vacation and less time getting to and from the many highlights around town. That is if you’re even tempted to leave Kings Place’s luxurious grounds! Our 6-bedroom home away from home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for extended families, large groups of friends, or even corporate retreats. The more, the merrier!

We custom-built this home to our own specifications, so it’s designed with comfort and convenience in mind. No detail has been spared, from the intricate light fixtures to the upscale furnishings, which look more like what you’d find in a resort’s Presidential Suite than an ordinary vacation home. Each of the villa’s rooms features high ceilings and air conditioning, making the home a refreshing oasis from Jaco’s sunny weather. The entire estate is private and secure, hidden behind a stone security wall and a gated entrance.
