Graffiti is a small dinner restaurant located in the Pacific Center in Jaco in Jaco Walk Shopping Center. They describe themselves as “Ghetto Gourmet, is to appeal to anyone with a fine palette for food + drink in a comfortable and artistically eclectic atmosphere.” They offer a nightly menu which features locally sourced food combined in ways that will make you drool. Most knowledgeable and professional staff in Jaco. The restaurant is open Monday-Saturday from 5pm-10pm. The restaurant seats approximately 30 people and is frequently full so it is best to make reservations. Graffiti frequently has live music and special events on the weekends. Side Street Cafe is the newest addition to the Graffiti family. Side Street’s focus on a tasty spin on some of lunch’s favorite sandwiches. They have all the classic like chicken and Cheeseburgers but also add a number of sandwiches that are hard to find in Costa Rica. Everything is made in house including the bread and they have an herb garden on one side of the open-air restaurant. Side Street also have a small Microbrewery and offer some of their own beers along with unique cocktails and freshly made Ice tea and Lemonade. Side Street is open for lunch at 11am and is also open Friday-Sunday until 10pm for dinner. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for special events and musical guests. Lemon Zest is one of Jaco most popular dinner restaurants in Jaco. Lemon Zest is run by the Lemon’s, a husband and wife team. Chef Lemon is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and ran several of his own restaurants in the US before heading south to Costa Rica. His wife, Nellie, runs the front of the house. Lemon Zest serves up international such as Duck with Sweet and Sour Blackberry Sauce, Lobster Francaise and Caribbean Jerk Pork Chop that you would see in great restaurants in the US but not typically seen in Costa Rica. Lemon Zest is located in on the second floor of Plaza Jardin(50 Meters North of Mango Surf Shop). Open 7 nights a week from 5pm-10pm.
El Hicaco Seafood Restaurant
El Hicaco is the Guru’s pick for the best atmosphere and most romantic restaurant in Jaco. They are located right on the beach and have a large open-air deck where you can enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean as well as the sound of the waves crashing. This restaurant specializes in Seafood and has all the local caught seafood you would expect to see like lobster, tuna, and shrimp. El Hicaco is located at the end of Hicaco Street which is a small side street that runs off of the Main Strip in Jaco across from the Red Cross(Cruz Roja) office.

The Hook-Up is a casual restaurant and bar located at the Los Suenos Marina. The restaurant is on the second floor overlooking the impressive collection of boats in the marina.
